About

Eliana Pelaggi is an Italian-born photographer who discovered her passion for photography at just ten years old. She began her formal training in visual communication, graphic design, and photography in Italy, where she also spent several years working as a photographer and graphic designer for a local studio. This early experience laid the foundation for her strong visual sensibility and her ability to craft compelling visual narratives.

Driven by a desire to expand her vision, Eliana moved to London, where she assisted established reportage photographers and further honed her craft through courses in photojournalism and reportage photography at Central Saint Martins College of Art.

With almost two decades of experience, Eliana’s work spans cultures and continents, from fashion and editorial photography in London studios to meaningful humanitarian and documentary projects across Southeast Asia, Cuba, and Ukraine. Her most recent project,

Silent Healers, took her to South Korea to document the healing power of nature through the lens of forest therapy.

Eliana's emotionally resonant photo essay on the children affected by the Chernobyl disaster and life in rural Ukraine was the focus of a major exhibition in Modena, Italy, where it received critical acclaim for its powerful storytelling and human insight.

Now based between London and Tenerife, Eliana continues to develop personal and commissioned work that blends poetic vision with social awareness—always seeking to illuminate the quiet beauty and resilience of the human spirit.
